Unfortunately I haven’t seen the ACTUAL Link Liberation course… but I’ve read plenty of inside info as a JV partner. I’ve also scoured the web looking for real reviews (you know, like this one).

Link Liberation – first things first

First off, these guys have a great reputation to mantain, and they are doing everything they can to deliver maximum value to their clients. These guys really have raving fans.

Second, the Link Liberation course is really down-to-earth and nothing like those “get rich quick” courses being launched left and right these days. I believe this is the kind of real training you would get as a college student (of course almost nobody is teaching this stuff offline).

The Link Liberation course

Link Liberation is a 12 week video training series covering a half dozen unique approaches to online marketing, that are proven to create the “natural” links that Google loves. Plus, they will be doing weekly coaching calls for you to “fill in the blanks” and create success for yourself.

The Link Liberation software

The software makes it easier to implement the Link Liberation methods. It has a workflow management system that “geometrically accelerates what you can accomplish compared to previous methods”. At least that’s what they say.

The Link Liberation software can handle outsourced workers and different “identities” for your websites. It looks like it’s flexible enough. And it’s web based software, so you and your workers can access it from anywhere.

You don’t HAVE to use the software, but it looks like a real time-saver.

Link Liberation course contents

Module 1: “The Plan” – The new web and how Link “Liberation” works

Module 2: Content Pumps – Researching markets and understanding Topics and Personas

Module 3: Market Multipliers – Social media, forums and blogs

Module 4: Anchor Text Linking – Article marketing and content sharing

Module 5: Relationship Marketing – Customers, Prospects, JVs, Partnerships

Module 6: Authority Linking – Link Baiting and Event Marketing

Module 7: Internal Linking – Indexing, PageRank, Link Text and “1LP”

Module 8: Technical Stuff – Redirects, Canonicals, Directory links and Paid linking

Module 9: Building A Team – Sourcing, Hiring and Managing Workflows

Module 10: High Impact Links – Guest blogging and Link “Slogging” by guest instructors:

Garrett French – Authority links, press & public relations

Erica Douglass – guest blogging for links and targeted traffic

Module 11: Advanced Public Relations – Press releases and media strategies by guest instructors:

Marc Harty – Press Releases that work

Pete Williams – Online & Offline Media

Module 12: Advanced Social Media – Video and Micro-blogging

Paul Colligan – Youtube traffic secrets

Marty Rozmanith – using micro-blogging to find and join the conversation with your market

The Link Liberation Course Guarantee

Everything is backed by a no-risk guarantee – if you are not happy with the Link Liberation course and software during the first 30 days, you can use their SELF SERVICE cancel page (big plus there); or just email their support team who will offer an immediate refund of the entire purchase price.

Should you buy Link Liberation?

So here’s my veredict on Link Liberation: the course seems to make a lot of sense. If you have no clue about SEO, I say it’s the perfect way to get you up to speed. If you are a more experienced marketer, I believe you can still benefit a lot from this course, specially from the workflow & processes, social media, PR techniques & web 2.0 stuff you may not know yet, and some technical stuff to give you that extra edge over your competition.

I’ve started to do some outsourcing myself, and when you start managing multiple websites, each with their own SEO needs, it can get really complicated. So any help in managing the processes could be a huge productivity gain, and in that regard having a software that helps you implement everything in an orderly fashion can be seen as a major time-saver.

So all in all I believe Link Liberation is a wise investment. I’m thinking very seriously about getting it myself. And, hey, you can always request a refund if you don’t like it!

I’ve been long out from the SEO game… I used to have some fun watching SEO contests and even taking a shot at them sometimes. Those days are now long gone. Still, somehow, when the big G shows me disrespect, I seem to take it personally (LOL).

Looks like Google is starting to drop the pagerank of my website http://www.getfreedom.ws
Damn!

It used to have a Pagerank of 4… which took me just a few months to accomplish. I started selling homepage links and still make some residual income from it.

I had it coming though… Enter college: march 2006. I have neglected this website ever since! The site has been barely updated and all its content is static. No wonder Google is not liking it much anymore.

Besides my blog (http://www.getfreedom.ws/blog/), where I seldom post something, this site is almost just a placeholder for files and squeeze pages. Lesson learned: college (and being lazy with the updates) can kill your website’s SEO.

So if you want to be a good (or even decent!) college student and a webmaster who can pay his/her bills… I suggest you pick one. Seriously. Or just work your *ss off, which is not a very nice alternative for me. Therefore, all I can say if you do anything like me (study or work a job while doing Internet Marketing), is simply:

“Good luck”

Juan Pablo
